Government Backed ECO4 funding is extended and allocated locally to help more people

If nobody in your home is receiving benefits, but you have a low to medium income then the Local Authority extension of the ECO4 scheme (LA Flex) could be perfect for you to receive the same kind of funding, to improve your home energy use.

How to qualify:

As limited funding is available, unfortunately full funding isn’t available for everyone. However, if you meet the following criteria, you could be eligible for Local Authority Funding:

✓ You own or privately rent your home
✓ You heat your home without gas e.g. using oil, electricity or LPG
✓ Your home’s EPC rating is an E or lower
✓ Your household income is below a threshold set by your local council
typically in the region of £30,000 per annum

If you don’t meet the criteria, but you own your own home, you could use Help to Buy Funding.
